There’s a group of islands in the Pacific Ocean known as Rēkohu in Moriori and Wharekauri in Māori languages, which later European explorers called the Chatham Islands. Located just to the south of Aotearoa New Zealand these hilly islands are home to a population of 730 people with a rich history. Our guest global storyteller, Max Robertson, had an opportunity to visit this special place recently and created a digital map of heritage stories he found on his travels using our new Create The Earth Museum platform.
